Inclusion at Creative Kidz
SEND
In order to fulfil the Club’s objectives of creating an environment free from discrimination and maintaining a welcoming, inclusive environment to all, and In line with the EYFS the setting will have in place arrangements to support children with SEN or disabilities. This is in response to the Send Code of Practice.
At the heart of everything we do is a simple belief: every child matters. Each child is unique, bringing their own strengths, experiences, and perspectives into the world. We are committed to creating an environment where every child feels seen, valued, and supported to thrive.
Inclusion is not just a principle for us—it is a practice we live every day. We celebrate diversity in all its forms and actively work to ensure that all children, regardless of background, ability, culture, or identity, have equal opportunities to learn, grow, and succeed. We recognise that inclusion means removing barriers, adapting our approaches, and listening carefully to each child’s needs.
We foster a culture of respect, kindness, and belonging, where differences are embraced and every voice is heard. By working in partnership with families and communities, we create a supportive network that nurtures confidence, resilience, and a strong sense of self-worth in every child.
Because when every child feels included, they are empowered to reach their full potential—and that benefits us all.
